E-commerce Marketing and Design Coordinator

WHO WE ARE ...

We are one of WA’s leading retailers of mobility products and independent living aids based in Perth. Selling our products through local based stores, however we have also been slowly growing our national online ecommerce presence.

We are seeking to expand our ecommerce presence via marketing platforms such as Google, eBay, Gumtree, our own websites, as well as social media.

Due to our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and self-motivated ecommerce marketing and design professional to join our marketing team. In this role, reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will hold key responsibilities for the success of our business.

WHAT WE ARE SEEKING ...

We are seeking an Ecommerce Marketing and Design Coordinator. You will wear a lot of 'hats' in this role, including, managing the build, deployment and reporting of all marketing campaigns for the business. This will generally involve marketing electronic equipment to consumers and assisting customers though establishing their needs and providing the correct product information.

Being knowledgeable in electronics and excited about promoting the value of the products to customers is a must.Specifically, we seek a person that can:

• Set marketing content schedule, and timelines across the business
• Work with the team to create all B2C EDM content 
• Upload marketing content, listings and videos to the relevant platforms 
• Liaise with colleagues across the team in support of all B2C campaign initiatives as well as working with 3rd party creative teams on the development of supporting visuals
• Use Google Analytics as well as other tools to report on online engagement effectiveness
• Stay current with best practices, strategies, legislation and industry standards related to digital marketing tactics

YOUR SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES ...

You will be our subject matter expert to ensure marketing objectives and targets are met. You must have:

• At least 2 years plus in digital marketing in E-Commerce preferably Neto or Shopify
• Be a Team Player who is “hands on” in their role
• Previous electronic retail experience (customer service)
• Experience in listing products on a website and other online platform
• Real experience in marketing on eBay, Gumtree and other e-commerce platform
• A great sense of humor, and a real passion for providing customers with the mobility and independent living aids they seek.

• Marketing experience using tools such as Google AdWords and FB through white hat SEO and SEM
• Strong Microsoft Suite as well as Photoshop design skills
• The ability to provide weekly and monthly reporting as required
• Ability to provide the management team direction into the creation and development of sales documentation, product listings, product videos, website content to articulate the benefits of our products to the market.
